Warranty and Defective Product Claims Policy

Warranty Coverage

  • Levancho provides a limited warranty against manufacturing defects in its products ("Products") if the claim is made within 90 days from the date of purchase
  • All claims must be supported by a valid proof of purchase (invoice/ bill)


Warranty Exclusions

Any claims based on the following are not covered under Levancho warranty-

  • Any claims raised after 90 days of purchase of the Products are not eligible under Levancho Warranty
  • Claims for Products without manufacturing defects, even if raised within 90 days are also not eligible under Levancho Warranty and such claim requests to be turned down
  • Products purchased from unauthorized sellers including unauthorised online platforms / marketplaces etc.
  • Failure to follow Product instructions
  • Modification or alteration to the Products
  • Discomfort due to incorrect size/model selection
  • Damage from misuse, improper care, or unauthorized repairs
  • Damage caused by accident, negligence or carelessness
  • Natural degradation of colour or component material.


Claim Process

  • Claims must be raised by customers within 90 days from the date of purchase by sending an email to levanchomenshoes@gmail.com
  • Customer must provide valid copy of purchase invoice / bill with the claim
  • In case the purchase invoice / bill is unavailable, customers should provide their registered mobile number to retrieve billing details
  • The Product /claim will undergo internal quality verification by LEVANCHO
  • While verifying the Product / claim, LEVANCHO determines, whether the Product / claim qualifies under LEVANCHO Warranty
  • Subject to internal quality verification, if the claim is approved by LEVANCHO, LEVANCHO shall proceed according to the process outlined below, solely depending on the source of purchase:

Retail Store Purchase Replacement of the Product will be provided from the Retail store only
LEVANCHO Webstore (https://levancho.in/) Refund will be processed for the amount paid by the customer for the Product in question


Discomfort Policy

  • Discomfort related claims must be raised by the customers within 07 (seven) days from the date of purchase by sending an email to levanchomenshoes@gmail.com
  • Discomfort arising after use generally does not qualify as a product defect, as it may result from incorrect size, wrong shoe selection, or individual foot characteristics
  • Products claimed under this policy must be in their original packaging and condition and supported by proof of purchase
  • While raising the claim, customer shall provide a valid copy of purchase invoice / bill with the claim
  • In case the purchase invoice / bill is unavailable, customers should provide their registered mobile number to retrieve billing details
  • The Product /claim will undergo internal quality verification by LEVANCHO
